Technical information about chemical fume hood (steel body – 1.5 mm sheet)
Chemical hoods have two simple modes (fume hood without storage cabinet) and Combi (fume hood with storage cabinet).

– This type of fume hood is made in three forms: single user (width 120 cm), a dual user (width 150 cm), and three users (width 180 cm)
The common technical specifications of all the above fume hoods are as follows:
1- It has a height of about 220 cm, an external depth of 85 cm.
2- The fume hood chamber has an internal depth of about 62 cm and a height of 107 cm.
3- Fume hood front glass, made of Plexiglas and resistant to explosions inside the hood chamber.
4- It has an AC centrifugal fan with a speed of 1450 rpm made by Motogen Tabriz. (It can be replaced with other types of Iranian or foreign centrifugal fans.)
5- It has an epoxy cup resistant to chemicals.
6- The gas and water laboratory valves used in the fume hood are made by Carlos Arboles S.A. Spain with chemical resistant coating and control valves outside the hood chamber. (It is possible to change it.)
7- Power outlets made by Schyller Austria and control switches made by Bremas Italy and lamps made by Legrand France with a control system outside the hood chamber.
8- The inner body of the fume hood is HPL with a thickness of 0.8 mm, made in Germany, resistant to chemicals.
9-The outer body of fume the hood is made of a 1.5 mm steel sheet with electrostatic oven paint coating resistant to chemicals.
10- Chemical-resistant ceramic tabletop with German Bostik clasp with clasp between ceramic and HPL wall with German Otto Chemie adhesive
11- It has a TECO digital inverter with volume to adjust the suction at any time with the independent French Legrand miniature fuse.
12- It has a French Legrand acid vapor lamp.
13- Combi hoods, in addition to the above technical specifications, have a chemical storage cabinet in the following part of the hood, the technical specifications of which are as follows:
A) It has a height of 74 cm and a depth of 78 cm.
B) The body is made of a 1.5 mm steel sheet with electrostatic paint coating.
C) It has steel mesh shelves with electrostatic paint for optimal ventilation of gases collected in the cabin.
D) It has an automatic handle and a lock for safety.
E) Having a German 24Theben clock timer to adjust the fan function.
F) It has a fan for evacuating the accumulated gases in the cabin automatically and manually.
